When to evaluate this option first
Evaluate YoPrint first if a connected catalog, order, production and inventory workflow is part of your requirement. Its published approval capabilities mean ordinary proof approval alone is not a reason to buy another tool.
What PrintLatch does—and does not replace
PrintLatch is a narrower candidate for a studio that wants to test revision-to-release handoffs while keeping other systems. Current limits include no supplier stock lookup, no supplier catalog pricing, no inventory and no accounting integration. You should include any manual double entry in the comparison rather than treating the smaller interface as proof of less work.

Use the same task for the comparison
Use an authorized or synthetic job: 48 garments and artwork A are approved; add 6 XLs and replace the back artwork with B; obtain a new approval, release it, then create next month’s repeat order. Have the actual front-desk and production users perform their steps. Record setup, entry, checking, repair and export effort.
- Does the existing YoPrint configuration already handle your repeat and changed orders well?
- What is the total subscription for the people who need access, using the appropriate tier?
- When an order changes from 48 to 54 pieces, how do the customer, quoting staff and production crew each get the correct revision?
Include your current spreadsheet or an agent-built lightweight system too. A nicer page alone is not a reason to switch without the necessary capabilities, repeatable adoption benefit and an actual buying preference.
