Information used to provide the service

PrintLatch stores your account name and email, protected authentication records, studio membership, order specifications, uploaded proofs, approval responses and activity records. The studio decides what customer information to enter.

Purpose and providers

We use that information to authenticate users, operate orders and approvals, deliver transactional messages and administer subscriptions. Cloudflare hosts application data and artwork; Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout and billing pages; the configured email provider delivers account and invitation messages. PrintLatch does not store full card numbers.

Access and sharing

Studio members access data according to their role. Anyone holding an active approval link can review that linked version, so forward it only to the intended approver. We do not sell personal data or use customer artwork to train AI models.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. If you arrive through one of our own marketing links, a first-party cookie records which campaign it was, and that label is stored once on the studio record so we can tell which channels reach print shops. It holds campaign names and the referring site, never a browsing history. This version does not install advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies, and none of this is shared with anyone.

Exports and deletion requests

You can export order records from your studio at any time. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a request to delete data. Studio records stay readable and exportable for 90 days after write access ends. We delete a studio’s orders, proofs, members and activity records 12 months after its last active subscription or trial, or within 30 days after a verified deletion request from a studio owner sent to the support address below. Backups and logs containing that data are purged within a further 30 days. Billing records held by Stripe and by us are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
