Service and accounts

PrintLatch helps studios record quotes, artwork approvals and production handoffs. Keep your account secure, invite only authorized team members and provide accurate contact information. You must have the rights and permission needed to upload customer artwork and personal information.

Production responsibility

You remain responsible for prices, garment availability, print quality, approvals, manufacturing and delivery. An approval record is a workflow record, not a guarantee of an approver’s authority or a certified legal signature.

Trial and subscriptions

Eligible studios receive one 3-day trial after adding a card through Stripe Checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan is charged automatically each month in USD. The amount and trial end date are shown at checkout and in Billing. New orders count toward the monthly plan limit; revisions do not. Existing records remain readable and exportable when write access ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Use the billing portal to stop renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period shown in the portal, and you keep read and export access until then. Cancel before the 3-day trial ends and nothing is charged. Monthly fees that have already been charged are not refunded for partial months, unused orders or unused seats. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full when you contact support within 30 days of the charge. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Availability and leaving

Keep independent copies of production instructions needed during an outage. The current version does not promise uninterrupted availability, a recovery-time guarantee or 24-hour support. Export before requesting deletion.
