What PrintLatch does—and does not replace
PrintLatch focuses on the approved-revision handoff. Its current implementation includes size-derived quantities, artwork revisions, explicit customer approval, role-restricted production views and printable tickets. It has manual receiving, quality and scheduling records, but does not replace supplier catalogs, purchasing, automated capacity planning or connected accounting. A lower proposed subscription price is not evidence of lower total operating cost.

Use the same task for the comparison
Use an authorized or synthetic job: 48 garments and artwork A are approved; add 6 XLs and replace the back artwork with B; obtain a new approval, release it, then create next month’s repeat order. Have the actual front-desk and production users perform their steps. Record setup, entry, checking, repair and export effort.
- Which capabilities are essential on day one, and which Printavo tier supplies them?
- Can your team run the same changed order without duplicating work in another system?
- What historical records and files can you export, and what migration effort remains?
Include your current spreadsheet or an agent-built lightweight system too. A nicer page alone is not a reason to switch without the necessary capabilities, repeatable adoption benefit and an actual buying preference.
